Custom printed in full color gear for Emmetsburg businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
Emmetsburg crews order printed in full color gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Emmetsburg address in 5 to 7 business days.
Census numbers put Emmetsburg at about 3,600 people on 3.8 square miles of Iowa, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Cylinder, IA (7 mi), Graettinger, IA (9 mi), Ayrshire, IA (9 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Camp Dodge, around 110 miles from Emmetsburg, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Emmetsburg counted against your roster.
A typical week of dtg and dtf printing orders from this corner of Iowa mixes Emmetsburg crews with neighbors like Cylinder, 7 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Every shirt in the box can carry different art at the same per-piece rate. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
When the retirement is Friday, rush printing exists for exactly this. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Ten shirts print at a fair small-run price: full color, no screens, no setup fee. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Photo shirts reproduce the actual photograph, and memorial timelines get priority. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Unlimited colors at one price, so gradients and photo art cost nothing extra. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Small batches derisk merch: print ten, sell ten, then commit big. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Emmetsburg customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Emmetsburg customers, these three earn their keep.
The premium pairing: washed heavyweight cotton plus full-color DTG equals shelf-ready product. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Eighty colors deep, this is the dependable canvas for photographic and memorial work. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
The boxy 7.5oz cut made for oversized color, front and back. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Emmetsburg customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
