DTG and DTF Printing for Excel: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Full color starting at just 10 pieces. Photographs, gradients, and detailed art on ten shirts or one hundred, on cotton, blends, and polyester. For Excel, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Census numbers put Excel at a community of 531 on 1.6 square miles of Alabama, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Frisco City, AL (4 mi), Megargel, AL (6 mi), Monroeville, AL (6 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Naval Air Station Whiting Field sits about 58 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Excel.
DTG and DTF Printing demand around Excel does not stop at the town line. Crews from Frisco City (4 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
When the retirement is Friday, rush printing exists for exactly this. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Ten shirts print at a fair small-run price: full color, no screens, no setup fee. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Photo shirts reproduce the actual photograph, and memorial timelines get priority. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Unlimited colors at one price, so gradients and photo art cost nothing extra. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Test a design with 10 pieces before committing to a 100-piece screen print run. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
One order, many designs: DTG does not care that each shirt is unique. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Excel customers feel the difference on the first order.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Excel customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Garment dyed 6.1oz cotton with a washed, premium feel. Full color DTG on this blank looks like retail product, not a print job. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Photo and memorial prints land on this blank most often, matched from its 80-color range. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
The boxy 7.5oz cut made for oversized color, front and back. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Excel customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pack of 10 | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 15 | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 20 | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 25 | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| Pack of 50 | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| Pack of 100 | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Delivery to Excel addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.
Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.
Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
