From single pieces to full crew runs, Floresville gets printed in full color gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Floresville crews order printed in full color gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Floresville address in 5 to 7 business days.
With about 8,300 people spread over 7.7 square miles, Floresville gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Poth, TX (7 mi), Elmendorf, TX (12 mi), Stockdale, TX (14 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Lackland Air Force Base sits about 31 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Floresville.
DTG and DTF Printing demand around Floresville does not stop at the town line. Crews from Poth (7 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Gradients, photos, and complex art with no per-color charges. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Test a design with 10 pieces before committing to a 100-piece screen print run. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Different art per shirt in the same order, priced per piece. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Retirement, promotion, and gift runs turned around fast. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
A 10 piece run prints at published pack pricing, in full color, with zero setup. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Photographs print exactly as shot, handled with the care these orders deserve. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Floresville customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Floresville customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Garment dyed 6.1oz cotton with a washed, premium feel. Full color DTG on this blank looks like retail product, not a print job. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Photo and memorial prints land on this blank most often, matched from its 80-color range. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
The boxy 7.5oz cut made for oversized color, front and back. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
Budget planning for Floresville customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Delivery to Floresville addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your floresville crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
