DTG and DTF Printing for Forkland: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Full color starting at just 10 pieces. Photographs, gradients, and detailed art on ten shirts or one hundred, on cotton, blends, and polyester. For Forkland, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Forkland is home to a community of 424 across 3.5 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Demopolis, AL (10 mi), Boligee, AL (13 mi), Eutaw, AL (14 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Naval Air Station Meridian, roughly 51 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Forkland counted against your roster.
Because Demopolis sits only 10 miles from Forkland, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Photographs print exactly as shot, handled with the care these orders deserve. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Complex art prints as designed: no color counting, no separations, no upcharge. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Small batches derisk merch: print ten, sell ten, then commit big. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
One order, many designs: DTG does not care that each shirt is unique. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Retirement, promotion, and gift runs turned around fast. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Ten shirts print at a fair small-run price: full color, no screens, no setup fee. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Forkland customers feel the difference on the first order.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Forkland customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Garment dyed 6.1oz cotton with a washed, premium feel. Full color DTG on this blank looks like retail product, not a print job. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Photo and memorial prints land on this blank most often, matched from its 80-color range. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
The boxy 7.5oz cut made for oversized color, front and back. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Here is what Forkland customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Delivery to Forkland addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your forkland crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
