From single pieces to full crew runs, Hancock gets printed in full color gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Full color starting at just 10 pieces. Photographs, gradients, and detailed art on ten shirts or one hundred, on cotton, blends, and polyester. For Hancock, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Hancock is home to about 1,600 people across 3.0 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Warfordsburg, PA (3 mi), Bath, WV (6 mi), Pecktonville, MD (7 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Letterkenny Army Depot sits about 31 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Hancock.
Because Warfordsburg sits only 3 miles from Hancock, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Unlimited colors at one price, so gradients and photo art cost nothing extra. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Test a design with 10 pieces before committing to a 100-piece screen print run. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Different art per shirt in the same order, priced per piece. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Retirement, promotion, and gift runs turned around fast. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Ten shirts print at a fair small-run price: full color, no screens, no setup fee. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Photo shirts reproduce the actual photograph, and memorial timelines get priority. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Hancock customers feel the difference on the first order.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Hancock customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Photo and memorial prints land on this blank most often, matched from its 80-color range. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
The boxy 7.5oz cut made for oversized color, front and back. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Full-color DTG on this garment-dyed 6.1oz blank passes for retail merchandise. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
The table below is the actual price list Hancock customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pack of 10 | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 15 | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 20 | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 25 | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| Pack of 50 | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| Pack of 100 | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Delivery to Hancock addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Hancock crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
