DTG and DTF Printing delivered to Kirkland

Kirkland crews order printed in full color gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Kirkland address in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Kirkland at about 1,600 people on 1.2 square miles of Illinois, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Monroe Center, IL (8 mi), Genoa, IL (8 mi), Sycamore, IL (11 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Naval Station Great Lakes sits about 53 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Kirkland counted against your roster.

DTG and DTF Printing demand around Kirkland does not stop at the town line. Crews from Monroe Center (8 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Kirkland gets printed in full color

Photo and memorial shirts

Photographs print exactly as shot, handled with the care these orders deserve. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Full-color artwork

Complex art prints as designed: no color counting, no separations, no upcharge. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Small-batch merch

Test a design with 10 pieces before committing to a 100-piece screen print run. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Mixed-design orders

One order, many designs: DTG does not care that each shirt is unique. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Rush gift runs

Retirement, promotion, and gift runs turned around fast. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Small runs from 10 pieces

Ten shirts print at a fair small-run price: full color, no screens, no setup fee. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Kirkland customers feel the difference on the first order.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Kirkland customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Streetwear proportions and max weight, ready for big full-color prints on both sides. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

The premium pairing: washed heavyweight cotton plus full-color DTG equals shelf-ready product. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Classic Cotton Tee

Photo and memorial prints land on this blank most often, matched from its 80-color range. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Kirkland addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Kirkland crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
