Custom printed in full color gear for Lava Hot Springs businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
Lava Hot Springs crews order printed in full color gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Lava Hot Springs address in 5 to 7 business days.
Census numbers put Lava Hot Springs at a community of 375 on 0.7 square miles of Idaho, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Arimo, ID (9 mi), McCammon, ID (9 mi), Bancroft, ID (9 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Hill Air Force Base, around 96 miles from Lava Hot Springs, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Lava Hot Springs.
A typical week of dtg and dtf printing orders from this corner of Idaho mixes Lava Hot Springs crews with neighbors like Arimo, 9 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
The small batch is a first-class order here: 10 piece minimum, no screen fees, full color. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Memorial pieces print photo-true and move to the front of the schedule. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Unlimited colors at one price, so gradients and photo art cost nothing extra. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Test a design with 10 pieces before committing to a 100-piece screen print run. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Different art per shirt in the same order, priced per piece. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Retirement, promotion, and gift runs turned around fast. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Lava Hot Springs customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Lava Hot Springs customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Streetwear proportions and max weight, ready for big full-color prints on both sides. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
The premium pairing: washed heavyweight cotton plus full-color DTG equals shelf-ready product. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Photo and memorial prints land on this blank most often, matched from its 80-color range. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
Here is what Lava Hot Springs customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pack | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pack | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pack | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pack | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pack | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pack | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
