DTG and DTF Printing delivered to Marrowbone

Full color starting at just 10 pieces. Photographs, gradients, and detailed art on ten shirts or one hundred, on cotton, blends, and polyester. For Marrowbone, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Marrowbone covers 1.3 square miles of Kentucky, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Burkesville, KY (8 mi), Summer Shade, KY (12 mi), Edmonton, KY (12 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Fort Knox sits about 72 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Marrowbone.

A typical week of dtg and dtf printing orders from this corner of Kentucky mixes Marrowbone crews with neighbors like Burkesville, 8 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Marrowbone gets printed in full color

Full-color artwork

Complex art prints as designed: no color counting, no separations, no upcharge. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Small-batch merch

Small batches derisk merch: print ten, sell ten, then commit big. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Mixed-design orders

Different art per shirt in the same order, priced per piece. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Rush gift runs

When the retirement is Friday, rush printing exists for exactly this. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Small runs from 10 pieces

Ten shirts print at a fair small-run price: full color, no screens, no setup fee. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Photo and memorial shirts

Memorial pieces print photo-true and move to the front of the schedule. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Marrowbone customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Marrowbone customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The boxy 7.5oz cut made for oversized color, front and back. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

The premium pairing: washed heavyweight cotton plus full-color DTG equals shelf-ready product. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Classic Cotton Tee

Photo and memorial prints land on this blank most often, matched from its 80-color range. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

What it costs

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Marrowbone addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Marrowbone crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Marrowbone crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
