From single pieces to full crew runs, Medon gets printed in full color gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

DTG and DTF Printing delivered to Medon

Medon crews order printed in full color gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Medon address in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 191 spread over 1.0 square miles, Medon gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Pinson, TN (7 mi), Silerton, TN (8 mi), Toone, TN (8 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is NSA Mid-South, roughly 59 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Medon.

Because Pinson sits only 7 miles from Medon, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Medon gets printed in full color

Full-color artwork

Gradients, photos, and complex art with no per-color charges. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Small-batch merch

Small batches derisk merch: print ten, sell ten, then commit big. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Mixed-design orders

Every shirt in the box can carry different art at the same per-piece rate. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Rush gift runs

Gift and ceremony runs on compressed timelines, quoted honestly. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Small runs from 10 pieces

A 10 piece run prints at published pack pricing, in full color, with zero setup. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Photo and memorial shirts

Memorial pieces print photo-true and move to the front of the schedule. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Medon customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Medon customers, these three earn their keep.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

The premium pairing: washed heavyweight cotton plus full-color DTG equals shelf-ready product. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Classic Cotton Tee

Eighty colors deep, this is the dependable canvas for photographic and memorial work. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The boxy 7.5oz cut made for oversized color, front and back. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Free design, real designers

Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.

Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Medon crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your medon crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.
