DTG and DTF Printing in Okay, OK.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Okay gets printed in full color gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

DTG and DTF Printing delivered to Okay

Full color starting at just 10 pieces. Photographs, gradients, and detailed art on ten shirts or one hundred, on cotton, blends, and polyester. For Okay, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Okay is home to a community of 567 across 0.8 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Mallard Bay, OK (2 mi), Taylor Ferry, OK (5 mi), Fort Gibson, OK (6 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Tinker Air Force Base sits about 127 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Okay.

Because Mallard Bay sits only 2 miles from Okay, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Okay gets printed in full color

Small runs from 10 pieces

The small batch is a first-class order here: 10 piece minimum, no screen fees, full color. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Photo and memorial shirts

Photo shirts reproduce the actual photograph, and memorial timelines get priority. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Full-color artwork

Gradients, photos, and complex art with no per-color charges. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Small-batch merch

Small batches derisk merch: print ten, sell ten, then commit big. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Mixed-design orders

Every shirt in the box can carry different art at the same per-piece rate. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Rush gift runs

Gift and ceremony runs on compressed timelines, quoted honestly. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Okay customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Okay customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

A 7.5oz boxy streetwear blank built for oversized full color hits front and back. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

The premium pairing: washed heavyweight cotton plus full-color DTG equals shelf-ready product. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Classic Cotton Tee

Photo and memorial prints land on this blank most often, matched from its 80-color range. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Okay customers see.

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Okay addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Okay crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Okay crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
