DTG and DTF Printing in Oliver, PA.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Oliver gets printed in full color gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

DTG and DTF Printing delivered to Oliver

Full color starting at just 10 pieces. Photographs, gradients, and detailed art on ten shirts or one hundred, on cotton, blends, and polyester. For Oliver, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Oliver covers 2.2 square miles of Pennsylvania, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Uniontown, PA (1 mi), East Uniontown, PA (2 mi), South Uniontown, PA (2 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Camp Dawson sits about 31 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Oliver.

Because Uniontown sits only 1 miles from Oliver, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Oliver gets printed in full color

Mixed-design orders

Different art per shirt in the same order, priced per piece. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Rush gift runs

When the retirement is Friday, rush printing exists for exactly this. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Small runs from 10 pieces

The small batch is a first-class order here: 10 piece minimum, no screen fees, full color. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Photo and memorial shirts

Memorial pieces print photo-true and move to the front of the schedule. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Full-color artwork

Complex art prints as designed: no color counting, no separations, no upcharge. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Small-batch merch

Test a design with 10 pieces before committing to a 100-piece screen print run. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Oliver customers feel the difference on the first order.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Oliver customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Streetwear proportions and max weight, ready for big full-color prints on both sides. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Garment dyed 6.1oz cotton with a washed, premium feel. Full color DTG on this blank looks like retail product, not a print job. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Classic Cotton Tee

Photo and memorial prints land on this blank most often, matched from its 80-color range. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Oliver customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

PiecesTotalEachShipBack print add
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Oliver addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Oliver crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
