From single pieces to full crew runs, Opdyke gets printed in full color gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

DTG and DTF Printing delivered to Opdyke

Full color starting at just 10 pieces. Photographs, gradients, and detailed art on ten shirts or one hundred, on cotton, blends, and polyester. For Opdyke, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

From one end of Opdyke to the other, 0.5 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Belle Rive, IL (3 mi), Bluford, IL (6 mi), Dahlgren, IL (7 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Scott Air Force Base, around 67 miles from Opdyke, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Opdyke.

A typical week of dtg and dtf printing orders from this corner of Illinois mixes Opdyke crews with neighbors like Belle Rive, 3 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Opdyke gets printed in full color

Mixed-design orders

Every shirt in the box can carry different art at the same per-piece rate. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Rush gift runs

Gift and ceremony runs on compressed timelines, quoted honestly. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Small runs from 10 pieces

The small batch is a first-class order here: 10 piece minimum, no screen fees, full color. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Photo and memorial shirts

Photo shirts reproduce the actual photograph, and memorial timelines get priority. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Full-color artwork

Complex art prints as designed: no color counting, no separations, no upcharge. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Small-batch merch

Prove the design at 10 pieces, then scale the winner into a screen-printed hundred. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Opdyke customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Opdyke customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

The premium pairing: washed heavyweight cotton plus full-color DTG equals shelf-ready product. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Classic Cotton Tee

Eighty colors deep, this is the dependable canvas for photographic and memorial work. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

A 7.5oz boxy streetwear blank built for oversized full color hits front and back. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Opdyke addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Opdyke crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
