DTG and DTF Printing in Pacific, MO.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Pacific gets printed in full color gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

DTG and DTF Printing delivered to Pacific

Full color starting at just 10 pieces. Photographs, gradients, and detailed art on ten shirts or one hundred, on cotton, blends, and polyester. For Pacific, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Pacific at about 7,600 people on 6.8 square miles of Missouri, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Lake Tekakwitha, MO (3 mi), Gray Summit, MO (4 mi), Eureka, MO (6 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Scott Air Force Base sits about 41 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Pacific.

A typical week of dtg and dtf printing orders from this corner of Missouri mixes Pacific crews with neighbors like Lake Tekakwitha, 3 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Pacific gets printed in full color

Small runs from 10 pieces

Ten shirts print at a fair small-run price: full color, no screens, no setup fee. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Photo and memorial shirts

Photo shirts reproduce the actual photograph, and memorial timelines get priority. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Full-color artwork

Gradients, photos, and complex art with no per-color charges. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Small-batch merch

Small batches derisk merch: print ten, sell ten, then commit big. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Mixed-design orders

One order, many designs: DTG does not care that each shirt is unique. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Rush gift runs

When the retirement is Friday, rush printing exists for exactly this. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Pacific customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Pacific customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

The premium pairing: washed heavyweight cotton plus full-color DTG equals shelf-ready product. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Classic Cotton Tee

The reliable choice for photo prints and memorial pieces, with 80 plus colors to match any design. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Streetwear proportions and max weight, ready for big full-color prints on both sides. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

Budget planning for Pacific customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pack$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Pacific addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Pacific crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Pacific crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
