DTG and DTF Printing in Pierson, IA.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Pierson gets printed in full color gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

DTG and DTF Printing delivered to Pierson

Full color starting at just 10 pieces. Photographs, gradients, and detailed art on ten shirts or one hundred, on cotton, blends, and polyester. For Pierson, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Pierson is home to a community of 331 across 0.5 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Kingsley, IA (6 mi), Correctionville, IA (6 mi), Washta, IA (8 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Offutt Air Force Base, roughly 95 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Pierson.

DTG and DTF Printing demand around Pierson does not stop at the town line. Crews from Kingsley (6 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Pierson gets printed in full color

Photo and memorial shirts

Memorial pieces print photo-true and move to the front of the schedule. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Full-color artwork

Gradients, photos, and complex art with no per-color charges. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Small-batch merch

Small batches derisk merch: print ten, sell ten, then commit big. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Mixed-design orders

One order, many designs: DTG does not care that each shirt is unique. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Rush gift runs

When the retirement is Friday, rush printing exists for exactly this. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Small runs from 10 pieces

The small batch is a first-class order here: 10 piece minimum, no screen fees, full color. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Pierson customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Pierson customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Photo and memorial prints land on this blank most often, matched from its 80-color range. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Streetwear proportions and max weight, ready for big full-color prints on both sides. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

The premium pairing: washed heavyweight cotton plus full-color DTG equals shelf-ready product. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Pierson addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Pierson crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Pierson crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
