DTG and DTF Printing delivered to Pilot Station

Full color starting at just 10 pieces. Photographs, gradients, and detailed art on ten shirts or one hundred, on cotton, blends, and polyester. For Pilot Station, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Pilot Station at a community of 592 on 1.6 square miles of Alaska, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Pitkas Point, AK (14 mi), St. Mary's, AK (14 mi), Marshall, AK (27 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, around 449 miles from Pilot Station, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Pilot Station.

DTG and DTF Printing demand around Pilot Station does not stop at the town line. Crews from Pitkas Point (14 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Pilot Station gets printed in full color

Small-batch merch

Small batches derisk merch: print ten, sell ten, then commit big. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Mixed-design orders

One order, many designs: DTG does not care that each shirt is unique. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Rush gift runs

Retirement, promotion, and gift runs turned around fast. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Small runs from 10 pieces

The small batch is a first-class order here: 10 piece minimum, no screen fees, full color. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Photo and memorial shirts

Photo shirts reproduce the actual photograph, and memorial timelines get priority. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Full-color artwork

Complex art prints as designed: no color counting, no separations, no upcharge. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Pilot Station customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Pilot Station customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Eighty colors deep, this is the dependable canvas for photographic and memorial work. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

A 7.5oz boxy streetwear blank built for oversized full color hits front and back. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Full-color DTG on this garment-dyed 6.1oz blank passes for retail merchandise. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Pilot Station addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Pilot Station crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Pilot Station crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
