DTG and DTF Printing delivered to Plattekill

Full color starting at just 10 pieces. Photographs, gradients, and detailed art on ten shirts or one hundred, on cotton, blends, and polyester. For Plattekill, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

From one end of Plattekill to the other, 2.8 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Marlboro, NY (4 mi), Clintondale, NY (5 mi), Wallkill, NY (6 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, West Point sits about 18 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Plattekill counted against your roster.

DTG and DTF Printing demand around Plattekill does not stop at the town line. Crews from Marlboro (4 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Plattekill gets printed in full color

Small-batch merch

Small batches derisk merch: print ten, sell ten, then commit big. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Mixed-design orders

Every shirt in the box can carry different art at the same per-piece rate. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Rush gift runs

When the retirement is Friday, rush printing exists for exactly this. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Small runs from 10 pieces

Ten shirts print at a fair small-run price: full color, no screens, no setup fee. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Photo and memorial shirts

Photo shirts reproduce the actual photograph, and memorial timelines get priority. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Full-color artwork

Gradients, photos, and complex art with no per-color charges. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Plattekill customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Plattekill customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

The reliable choice for photo prints and memorial pieces, with 80 plus colors to match any design. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

A 7.5oz boxy streetwear blank built for oversized full color hits front and back. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Full-color DTG on this garment-dyed 6.1oz blank passes for retail merchandise. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

06 //

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Plattekill customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Plattekill addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Plattekill crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
