From single pieces to full crew runs, Poca gets printed in full color gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Full color starting at just 10 pieces. Photographs, gradients, and detailed art on ten shirts or one hundred, on cotton, blends, and polyester. For Poca, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
With a community of 864 spread over 0.6 square miles, Poca gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Raymond City, WV (1 mi), Bancroft, WV (3 mi), Cross Lanes, WV (4 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Camp Dawson sits about 134 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Poca counted against your roster.
Because Raymond City sits only 1 miles from Poca, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Complex art prints as designed: no color counting, no separations, no upcharge. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Small batches derisk merch: print ten, sell ten, then commit big. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Every shirt in the box can carry different art at the same per-piece rate. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Gift and ceremony runs on compressed timelines, quoted honestly. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
A 10 piece run prints at published pack pricing, in full color, with zero setup. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Photo shirts reproduce the actual photograph, and memorial timelines get priority. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Poca customers feel the difference on the first order.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Poca customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Photo and memorial prints land on this blank most often, matched from its 80-color range. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
The boxy 7.5oz cut made for oversized color, front and back. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Full-color DTG on this garment-dyed 6.1oz blank passes for retail merchandise. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Production plus shipping to Poca addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.
Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Poca crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
