DTG and DTF Printing delivered to Progress Village

Full color starting at just 10 pieces. Photographs, gradients, and detailed art on ten shirts or one hundred, on cotton, blends, and polyester. For Progress Village, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

From one end of Progress Village to the other, 3.0 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Palm River-Clair Mel, FL (3 mi), Gibsonton, FL (4 mi), Brandon, FL (5 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, MacDill Air Force Base sits about 9 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Progress Village counted against your roster.

DTG and DTF Printing demand around Progress Village does not stop at the town line. Crews from Palm River-Clair Mel (3 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Progress Village gets printed in full color

Small-batch merch

Test a design with 10 pieces before committing to a 100-piece screen print run. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Mixed-design orders

Every shirt in the box can carry different art at the same per-piece rate. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Rush gift runs

Retirement, promotion, and gift runs turned around fast. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Small runs from 10 pieces

Ten shirts print at a fair small-run price: full color, no screens, no setup fee. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Photo and memorial shirts

Photo shirts reproduce the actual photograph, and memorial timelines get priority. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Full-color artwork

Complex art prints as designed: no color counting, no separations, no upcharge. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Progress Village customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Progress Village customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

The premium pairing: washed heavyweight cotton plus full-color DTG equals shelf-ready product. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Classic Cotton Tee

Photo and memorial prints land on this blank most often, matched from its 80-color range. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Streetwear proportions and max weight, ready for big full-color prints on both sides. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Progress Village customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pack$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Progress Village addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Progress Village crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your progress village crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
