DTG and DTF Printing delivered to Red Cross

Full color starting at just 10 pieces. Photographs, gradients, and detailed art on ten shirts or one hundred, on cotton, blends, and polyester. For Red Cross, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Red Cross is home to a community of 798 across 3.7 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Oakboro, NC (3 mi), Locust, NC (4 mi), Stanfield, NC (4 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Fort Liberty, roughly 79 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Red Cross.

Because Oakboro sits only 3 miles from Red Cross, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Red Cross gets printed in full color

Rush gift runs

When the retirement is Friday, rush printing exists for exactly this. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Small runs from 10 pieces

Ten shirts print at a fair small-run price: full color, no screens, no setup fee. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Photo and memorial shirts

Photo shirts reproduce the actual photograph, and memorial timelines get priority. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Full-color artwork

Gradients, photos, and complex art with no per-color charges. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Small-batch merch

Prove the design at 10 pieces, then scale the winner into a screen-printed hundred. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Mixed-design orders

One order, many designs: DTG does not care that each shirt is unique. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Red Cross customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Red Cross customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

The reliable choice for photo prints and memorial pieces, with 80 plus colors to match any design. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The boxy 7.5oz cut made for oversized color, front and back. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Garment dyed 6.1oz cotton with a washed, premium feel. Full color DTG on this blank looks like retail product, not a print job. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

Budget planning for Red Cross customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Red Cross addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your red cross crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.
