DTG and DTF Printing delivered to Robards

Robards crews order printed in full color gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Robards address in 5 to 7 business days.

Robards is home to a community of 445 across 3.0 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Anthoston, KY (5 mi), Sebree, KY (5 mi), Poole, KY (7 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Fort Knox sits about 88 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Robards counted against your roster.

Because Anthoston sits only 5 miles from Robards, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Robards gets printed in full color

Small runs from 10 pieces

The small batch is a first-class order here: 10 piece minimum, no screen fees, full color. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Photo and memorial shirts

Photo shirts reproduce the actual photograph, and memorial timelines get priority. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Full-color artwork

Complex art prints as designed: no color counting, no separations, no upcharge. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Small-batch merch

Test a design with 10 pieces before committing to a 100-piece screen print run. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Mixed-design orders

One order, many designs: DTG does not care that each shirt is unique. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Rush gift runs

When the retirement is Friday, rush printing exists for exactly this. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Robards customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Robards customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Streetwear proportions and max weight, ready for big full-color prints on both sides. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Full-color DTG on this garment-dyed 6.1oz blank passes for retail merchandise. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Classic Cotton Tee

Photo and memorial prints land on this blank most often, matched from its 80-color range. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Free design, real designers

Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.

Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Robards addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Robards crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
