DTG and DTF Printing delivered to Sage

Sage crews order printed in full color gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Sage address in 5 to 7 business days.

All 68.3 square miles of Sage sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Lake Riverside, CA (8 mi), East Hemet, CA (10 mi), Aguanga, CA (10 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Camp Pendleton sits about 34 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Sage.

A typical week of dtg and dtf printing orders from this corner of California mixes Sage crews with neighbors like Lake Riverside, 8 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Sage gets printed in full color

Small runs from 10 pieces

Ten shirts print at a fair small-run price: full color, no screens, no setup fee. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Photo and memorial shirts

Memorial pieces print photo-true and move to the front of the schedule. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Full-color artwork

Unlimited colors at one price, so gradients and photo art cost nothing extra. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Small-batch merch

Small batches derisk merch: print ten, sell ten, then commit big. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Mixed-design orders

One order, many designs: DTG does not care that each shirt is unique. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Rush gift runs

Gift and ceremony runs on compressed timelines, quoted honestly. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Sage customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Sage customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

The premium pairing: washed heavyweight cotton plus full-color DTG equals shelf-ready product. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Classic Cotton Tee

The reliable choice for photo prints and memorial pieces, with 80 plus colors to match any design. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The boxy 7.5oz cut made for oversized color, front and back. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Sage customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Sage addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Sage crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.
