Custom printed in full color gear for SeaTac businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
SeaTac crews order printed in full color gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any SeaTac address in 5 to 7 business days.
SeaTac is home to about 32,000 people across 10.1 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Normandy Park, WA (2 mi), Tukwila, WA (3 mi), Burien, WA (3 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Coast Guard Base Seattle sits about 12 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to SeaTac.
A typical week of dtg and dtf printing orders from this corner of Washington mixes SeaTac crews with neighbors like Normandy Park, 2 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
A 10 piece run prints at published pack pricing, in full color, with zero setup. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Photo shirts reproduce the actual photograph, and memorial timelines get priority. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Unlimited colors at one price, so gradients and photo art cost nothing extra. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Prove the design at 10 pieces, then scale the winner into a screen-printed hundred. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Different art per shirt in the same order, priced per piece. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
When the retirement is Friday, rush printing exists for exactly this. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Seatac customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks SeaTac customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
The reliable choice for photo prints and memorial pieces, with 80 plus colors to match any design. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
A 7.5oz boxy streetwear blank built for oversized full color hits front and back. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Full-color DTG on this garment-dyed 6.1oz blank passes for retail merchandise. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
Budget planning for SeaTac customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Every order ships tracked to SeaTac addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your SeaTac crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
