DTG and DTF Printing delivered to St. Onge

St. Onge crews order printed in full color gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any St. Onge address in 5 to 7 business days.

St. Onge covers 1.3 square miles of South Dakota, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Spearfish, SD (6 mi), Whitewood, SD (7 mi), Crook City, SD (8 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Ellsworth Air Force Base, roughly 41 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to St. Onge.

Because Spearfish sits only 6 miles from St. Onge, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What St. Onge gets printed in full color

Small runs from 10 pieces

Ten shirts print at a fair small-run price: full color, no screens, no setup fee. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Photo and memorial shirts

Memorial pieces print photo-true and move to the front of the schedule. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Full-color artwork

Complex art prints as designed: no color counting, no separations, no upcharge. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Small-batch merch

Prove the design at 10 pieces, then scale the winner into a screen-printed hundred. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Mixed-design orders

Every shirt in the box can carry different art at the same per-piece rate. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Rush gift runs

Gift and ceremony runs on compressed timelines, quoted honestly. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. St. onge customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks St. Onge customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The boxy 7.5oz cut made for oversized color, front and back. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

The premium pairing: washed heavyweight cotton plus full-color DTG equals shelf-ready product. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Classic Cotton Tee

Eighty colors deep, this is the dependable canvas for photographic and memorial work. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what St. Onge customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

PiecesTotalEachShipBack print add
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

Common questions

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your St. Onge crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
