DTG and DTF Printing for Tira: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Full color starting at just 10 pieces. Photographs, gradients, and detailed art on ten shirts or one hundred, on cotton, blends, and polyester. For Tira, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Tira is home to a community of 332 across 1.4 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Cooper, TX (9 mi), Sulphur Springs, TX (14 mi), Roxton, TX (18 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, NAS JRB Fort Worth sits about 112 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Tira counted against your roster.
A typical week of dtg and dtf printing orders from this corner of Texas mixes Tira crews with neighbors like Cooper, 9 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Photo shirts reproduce the actual photograph, and memorial timelines get priority. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Unlimited colors at one price, so gradients and photo art cost nothing extra. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Test a design with 10 pieces before committing to a 100-piece screen print run. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
One order, many designs: DTG does not care that each shirt is unique. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Gift and ceremony runs on compressed timelines, quoted honestly. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Ten shirts print at a fair small-run price: full color, no screens, no setup fee. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Tira customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Tira customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Streetwear proportions and max weight, ready for big full-color prints on both sides. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
The premium pairing: washed heavyweight cotton plus full-color DTG equals shelf-ready product. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Eighty colors deep, this is the dependable canvas for photographic and memorial work. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Tira customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Tira addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
