DTG and DTF Printing delivered to Velma

Full color starting at just 10 pieces. Photographs, gradients, and detailed art on ten shirts or one hundred, on cotton, blends, and polyester. For Velma, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 578 spread over 1.4 square miles, Velma gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Ratliff City, OK (8 mi), Loco, OK (9 mi), Tatums, OK (11 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Fort Sill sits about 45 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Velma.

DTG and DTF Printing demand around Velma does not stop at the town line. Crews from Ratliff City (8 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Velma gets printed in full color

Small-batch merch

Test a design with 10 pieces before committing to a 100-piece screen print run. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Mixed-design orders

Different art per shirt in the same order, priced per piece. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Rush gift runs

Retirement, promotion, and gift runs turned around fast. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Small runs from 10 pieces

A 10 piece run prints at published pack pricing, in full color, with zero setup. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Photo and memorial shirts

Photo shirts reproduce the actual photograph, and memorial timelines get priority. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Full-color artwork

Gradients, photos, and complex art with no per-color charges. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Velma customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Velma customers, these three earn their keep.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Garment dyed 6.1oz cotton with a washed, premium feel. Full color DTG on this blank looks like retail product, not a print job. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Classic Cotton Tee

Photo and memorial prints land on this blank most often, matched from its 80-color range. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

A 7.5oz boxy streetwear blank built for oversized full color hits front and back. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list Velma customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Velma addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Velma crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.
