From single pieces to full crew runs, Vera gets printed in full color gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Full color starting at just 10 pieces. Photographs, gradients, and detailed art on ten shirts or one hundred, on cotton, blends, and polyester. For Vera, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Vera is home to a community of 330 across 0.8 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Collinsville, OK (6 mi), Ramona, OK (6 mi), Skiatook, OK (8 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Vance Air Force Base, roughly 110 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Vera.
A typical week of dtg and dtf printing orders from this corner of Oklahoma mixes Vera crews with neighbors like Collinsville, 6 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
A 10 piece run prints at published pack pricing, in full color, with zero setup. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Photo shirts reproduce the actual photograph, and memorial timelines get priority. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Complex art prints as designed: no color counting, no separations, no upcharge. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Test a design with 10 pieces before committing to a 100-piece screen print run. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Different art per shirt in the same order, priced per piece. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Gift and ceremony runs on compressed timelines, quoted honestly. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Vera customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Vera customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Garment dyed 6.1oz cotton with a washed, premium feel. Full color DTG on this blank looks like retail product, not a print job. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Eighty colors deep, this is the dependable canvas for photographic and memorial work. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Streetwear proportions and max weight, ready for big full-color prints on both sides. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.
Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.
Here is what Vera customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
The timeline to Vera addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Vera crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
