T-ShirtVeterans
Custom printed in full color gear for Vian businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
Vian crews order printed in full color gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Vian address in 5 to 7 business days.
Census numbers put Vian at about 1,400 people on 1.3 square miles of Oklahoma, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Carlisle, OK (4 mi), Box, OK (5 mi), Pinhook Corner, OK (5 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Tinker Air Force Base, roughly 143 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Vian.
DTG and DTF Printing demand around Vian does not stop at the town line. Crews from Carlisle (4 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Different art per shirt in the same order, priced per piece. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Gift and ceremony runs on compressed timelines, quoted honestly. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
The small batch is a first-class order here: 10 piece minimum, no screen fees, full color. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Photographs print exactly as shot, handled with the care these orders deserve. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Unlimited colors at one price, so gradients and photo art cost nothing extra. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Test a design with 10 pieces before committing to a 100-piece screen print run. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Vian customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Vian customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Streetwear proportions and max weight, ready for big full-color prints on both sides. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Garment dyed 6.1oz cotton with a washed, premium feel. Full color DTG on this blank looks like retail product, not a print job. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Photo and memorial prints land on this blank most often, matched from its 80-color range. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.
Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.
Here is what Vian customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Back prints add per piece at the rate shown, dropping to $3 at 25 pieces and $2 at 50. Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Vian addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Vian crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
