From single pieces to full crew runs, Washburn gets printed in full color gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Full color starting at just 10 pieces. Photographs, gradients, and detailed art on ten shirts or one hundred, on cotton, blends, and polyester. For Washburn, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Washburn is home to about 1,300 people across 1.7 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Underwood, ND (12 mi), Wilton, ND (15 mi), Stanton, ND (17 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Minot Air Force Base, roughly 66 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Washburn counted against your roster.
DTG and DTF Printing demand around Washburn does not stop at the town line. Crews from Underwood (12 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Complex art prints as designed: no color counting, no separations, no upcharge. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Test a design with 10 pieces before committing to a 100-piece screen print run. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
One order, many designs: DTG does not care that each shirt is unique. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Gift and ceremony runs on compressed timelines, quoted honestly. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Ten shirts print at a fair small-run price: full color, no screens, no setup fee. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Memorial pieces print photo-true and move to the front of the schedule. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Washburn customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Washburn customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Photo and memorial prints land on this blank most often, matched from its 80-color range. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
The boxy 7.5oz cut made for oversized color, front and back. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
The premium pairing: washed heavyweight cotton plus full-color DTG equals shelf-ready product. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Washburn customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.
| Pieces | Total | Each | Ship | Back print add |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pack of 10 | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 15 | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 20 | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 25 | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| Pack of 50 | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| Pack of 100 | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Washburn addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Washburn crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
