DTG and DTF Printing delivered to Yacolt

Full color starting at just 10 pieces. Photographs, gradients, and detailed art on ten shirts or one hundred, on cotton, blends, and polyester. For Yacolt, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Yacolt is home to about 1,600 people across 0.6 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Amboy, WA (5 mi), Lewisville, WA (6 mi), Venersborg, WA (6 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Coast Guard Air Station Astoria sits about 71 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Yacolt counted against your roster.

DTG and DTF Printing demand around Yacolt does not stop at the town line. Crews from Amboy (5 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Yacolt gets printed in full color

Rush gift runs

Retirement, promotion, and gift runs turned around fast. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Small runs from 10 pieces

The small batch is a first-class order here: 10 piece minimum, no screen fees, full color. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Photo and memorial shirts

Photo shirts reproduce the actual photograph, and memorial timelines get priority. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Full-color artwork

Gradients, photos, and complex art with no per-color charges. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Small-batch merch

Small batches derisk merch: print ten, sell ten, then commit big. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Mixed-design orders

Different art per shirt in the same order, priced per piece. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Yacolt customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Yacolt customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Eighty colors deep, this is the dependable canvas for photographic and memorial work. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

A 7.5oz boxy streetwear blank built for oversized full color hits front and back. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

The premium pairing: washed heavyweight cotton plus full-color DTG equals shelf-ready product. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

What it costs

Budget planning for Yacolt customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Yacolt addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Yacolt crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
