Custom shirts delivered to Dunellen

Dunellen does not need a local print shop to get local-quality gear. Design online, approve a free proof from a real designer within 24 hours, and delivery lands at any Dunellen address in 5 to 7 business days.

Dunellen is home to about 8,200 people across 1.1 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Middlesex, NJ (2 mi), North Plainfield, NJ (3 mi), South Plainfield, NJ (3 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Picatinny Arsenal, roughly 21 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The New Jersey military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Picatinny Arsenal and Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Dunellen.

What Dunellen orders most

School spirit wear

Spirit gear for schools where the PTA sees the proof and the price before any form goes home. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Small business and crew apparel

Uniform tees, embroidered caps and polos, and workwear that survives the job. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

HOA, civic, and community events

Volunteer shirts and festival gear for the days the whole community shows up. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Church and service group shirts

Mission trip tees and congregation gear at pack rates a committee can approve. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Runs, tournaments, and fundraisers

Fundraiser and event tees on deadlines we commit to in writing. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Youth sports and booster gear

From the dugout to the bleachers: team and booster runs with all sizes priced together. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Dunellen customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Dunellen customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Essential Light Tee

Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Classic Cotton Tee

The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

An 8.0oz fleece crew with a clean uninterrupted front, the best canvas we stock for big crests and old school block lettering. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

09 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Dunellen addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Dunellen group?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Dunellen group keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
