Custom shirts, hats, and gear for Electra crews, printed by a shop that lives for this work and delivered anywhere in Texas in 5 to 7 business days.
Electra does not need a local print shop to get local-quality gear. Design online, approve a free proof from a real designer within 24 hours, and delivery lands at any Electra address in 5 to 7 business days.
Census numbers put Electra at about 2,300 people on 3.1 square miles of Texas, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Harrold, TX (7 mi), Oklaunion, TX (14 mi), Iowa Park, TX (15 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Sheppard Air Force Base, roughly 24 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
The Texas military community orders here too: unit and family gear for Fort Cavazos and Fort Bliss, plus every recruiter, Guard unit, and veteran org chapter around Electra.
The bulk-run classic: pressed ink, published packs, proven durability.
Digitized in-house so small text stays sharp on caps and chest logos.
No screens, no setup fee: full-color small runs from 10 pieces.
The all-over method: dye becomes part of the polyester itself.
13oz vinyl banners and signs sized to be read at distance.
A real designer builds your art before anything prints.
Group apparel for congregations, mission trips, and food drives at honest pack pricing. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Fundraiser and event tees on deadlines we commit to in writing. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Team shirts, fan tees, and booster fundraisers with youth and adult sizes mixed in one pack. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Field day, clubs, and spirit weeks, all proofed free with pack pricing the treasurer can verify. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Uniform tees, embroidered caps and polos, and workwear that survives the job. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Festival tees, cleanup-day shirts, and volunteer gear for the events that hold a town together. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Electra customers feel the difference on the first order.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Electra customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
The standard. 5.3oz heavy cotton in more than 80 colors including military green, sand, and every heather. Holds shape wash after wash. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
For big front art, nothing beats this 8.0oz crew with its uninterrupted printing field. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Big-run economics start here: light ringspun cotton from $12 at volume, with the front print already in the price. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Electra customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Production plus shipping to Electra addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Electra group, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
