Embroidery in Alaska.

Custom embroidered gear for Alaska units, businesses, schools, and teams. Proofs in 24 hours, shipped anywhere in Alaska in 5 to 7 business days.

Embroidery shipped anywhere in Alaska

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Alaska crews, that comes with free design help and delivery to any address in the state in 5 to 7 business days.

We print in one shop and deliver statewide, so a crew in a small Alaska town gets the same quality, pricing, and timeline as one in the biggest city. That includes direct delivery for units at Fort Wainwright, Fort Greely, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Eielson Air Force Base, Coast Guard Base Kodiak, and every armory and reserve center in between.

What Alaska crews get embroidered

Patches and insignia work

Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Alaska customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Alaska customers, these three earn their keep.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Classic Cotton Tee

A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Pullover Hoodie

Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

05 //

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

06 //

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Alaska customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 20$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

Pack of 50$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Made for hard wear

The blanks range from a 4.5oz summer tee to a 7.5oz max heavyweight, the ink is cured so it moves with the fabric instead of flaking off it, and the stitching is digitized in-house for legibility at any size. If something fails because of production, the remake is free; if a request will not survive real use, you hear it before ordering.

09 //

What the giants cannot do

They cannot put a designer between your file and the press, so mistakes print. They cannot give your order a person, so problems ticket-queue. And they rarely show the full price until the end. All three are standard practice here, with the written proof as your guarantee instead of a returns page.

10 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to every address in Alaska with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. APO and FPO addresses ship at the same pace, so deployed elements are covered. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Alaska crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
