From single pieces to full crew runs, Alto gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Alto, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Alto is home to a community of 996 across 1.1 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Raoul, GA (2 mi), Baldwin, GA (3 mi), Cornelia, GA (4 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Robins Air Force Base sits about 129 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Alto counted against your roster.
A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of Georgia mixes Alto crews with neighbors like Raoul, 2 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Alto customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Alto customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Alto customers see.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Alto addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Alto crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
