Embroidery delivered to Armada

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Armada, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Armada at about 1,700 people on 0.7 square miles of Michigan, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Romeo, MI (7 mi), Memphis, MI (7 mi), Richmond, MI (7 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Selfridge Air National Guard Base sits about 17 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Armada.

A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of Michigan mixes Armada crews with neighbors like Romeo, 7 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Armada gets embroidered

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Armada customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Armada customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Armada customers see.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Armada addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Armada crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Armada crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
