Custom embroidered gear for Ballico businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Ballico, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
All 3.0 square miles of Ballico sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Cressey, CA (3 mi), Delhi, CA (4 mi), Livingston, CA (5 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Coast Guard Base Alameda, roughly 88 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Ballico.
Because Cressey sits only 3 miles from Ballico, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Ballico customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Ballico customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Delivery to Ballico addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.
Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
