Embroidery in Balm, FL.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Balm gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Balm

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Balm, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

All 10.1 square miles of Balm sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Sun City Center, FL (5 mi), Riverview, FL (5 mi), Wimauma, FL (6 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is MacDill Air Force Base, roughly 19 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Balm counted against your roster.

Because Sun City Center sits only 5 miles from Balm, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Balm gets embroidered

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Balm customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Balm customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Balm addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Balm crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your balm crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
