Embroidery in Bend, CA.

Embroidery for Bend: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Embroidery delivered to Bend

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Bend, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

All 2.9 square miles of Bend sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Red Bluff, CA (6 mi), Lake California, CA (7 mi), Dales, CA (9 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Beale Air Force Base, roughly 83 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Bend.

Because Red Bluff sits only 6 miles from Bend, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Bend gets embroidered

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Bend customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Bend customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

05 //

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

06 //

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Bend customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pack$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Bend addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Bend crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your bend crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
