Embroidery in Big Clifty, KY.

Custom embroidered gear for Big Clifty businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Embroidery delivered to Big Clifty

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Big Clifty, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

From one end of Big Clifty to the other, 1.4 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Clarkson, KY (6 mi), Leitchfield, KY (8 mi), Cecilia, KY (14 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Fort Knox, roughly 22 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Big Clifty.

Because Clarkson sits only 6 miles from Big Clifty, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Big Clifty gets embroidered

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Big Clifty customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Big Clifty customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Big Clifty customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Big Clifty addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Big Clifty crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Big Clifty crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.
