Embroidery in Black Hat, NM.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Black Hat gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Black Hat

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Black Hat, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

All 1.0 square miles of Black Hat sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Tse Bonito, NM (3 mi), Window Rock, AZ (6 mi), Rock Springs, NM (7 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Kirtland Air Force Base, around 136 miles from Black Hat, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Black Hat counted against your roster.

A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of New Mexico mixes Black Hat crews with neighbors like Tse Bonito, 3 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Black Hat gets embroidered

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Black Hat customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Black Hat customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

06 //

What it costs

Budget planning for Black Hat customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

Pack of 50$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Black Hat addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your black hat crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
