Embroidery for Bluff: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Bluff, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Census numbers put Bluff at a community of 245 on 36.6 square miles of Utah, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Tselakai Dezza, UT (6 mi), White Mesa, UT (14 mi), Montezuma Creek, UT (16 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Kirtland Air Force Base, roughly 223 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Bluff.
Because Tselakai Dezza sits only 6 miles from Bluff, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Bluff customers feel the difference on the first order.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Bluff customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.
Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.
Production plus shipping to Bluff addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Bluff crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
