Embroidery in Brock, NE.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Brock gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Brock

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Brock, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Brock is home to a community of 123 across 0.3 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Talmage, NE (5 mi), Johnson, NE (5 mi), Julian, NE (6 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Offutt Air Force Base, around 47 miles from Brock, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Brock counted against your roster.

Because Talmage sits only 5 miles from Brock, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Brock gets embroidered

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Jackets and outerwear

Outerwear embroidery digitized per fabric, from chest marks to full backs. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Brock customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Brock customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

Budget planning for Brock customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Brock addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Brock crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
