Embroidery delivered to Brookdale

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Brookdale, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Brookdale covers 1.6 square miles of New Jersey, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Upper Montclair, NJ (1 mi), Clifton, NJ (2 mi), Montclair State University, NJ (2 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Picatinny Arsenal sits about 20 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Brookdale.

Embroidery demand around Brookdale does not stop at the town line. Crews from Upper Montclair (1 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Brookdale gets embroidered

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Patches and insignia work

Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Brookdale customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Brookdale customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

05 //

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Brookdale addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Brookdale crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Brookdale crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
