Embroidery in Bud, WV.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Bud gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Bud

Bud crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Bud address in 5 to 7 business days.

All 3.1 square miles of Bud sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Corinne, WV (3 mi), Itmann, WV (4 mi), Mullens, WV (4 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Camp Dawson, roughly 163 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Bud counted against your roster.

Because Corinne sits only 3 miles from Bud, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Bud gets embroidered

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Bud customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Bud customers, these three earn their keep.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Classic Cotton Tee

A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Bud customers see.

Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

Pack of 50$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Bud addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Bud crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
