Custom embroidered gear for Canadian County businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, county-wide delivery in 5 to 7 days.
Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Canadian County, that comes with published pack pricing and delivery to any address in the county.
Census figures put Canadian County at about 176,000 people across 897 square miles, from the county seat to the last rural route, all inside standard tracked delivery.
The county has one shop for this now, and it happens to be nationwide. Free proofs from real designers, written approval before production, and door delivery anywhere in Canadian County.
Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Canadian county customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Canadian County customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
Here is what Canadian County customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your canadian county crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
