Embroidery delivered to Cankton

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Cankton, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 580 spread over 2.0 square miles, Cankton gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Ossun, LA (4 mi), Carencro, LA (5 mi), Sunset, LA (5 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Fort Johnson sits about 89 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Cankton.

A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of Louisiana mixes Cankton crews with neighbors like Ossun, 4 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Cankton gets embroidered

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Caps and covers

Cap embroidery is the flagship: structured crowns, clean digitizing, any quantity. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Cankton customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Cankton customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Classic Cotton Tee

A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Cankton addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your cankton crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.
