Embroidery delivered to Canyon Day

Canyon Day crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Canyon Day address in 5 to 7 business days.

Canyon Day covers 5.2 square miles of Arizona, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Fort Apache, AZ (3 mi), Seven Mile, AZ (5 mi), Turkey Creek, AZ (6 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Davis-Monthan AFB sits about 122 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Canyon Day counted against your roster.

Embroidery demand around Canyon Day does not stop at the town line. Crews from Fort Apache (3 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Canyon Day gets embroidered

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Patches and insignia work

Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Canyon Day customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Canyon Day customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

An 8.0oz fleece hoodie with a stitched left chest mark is the piece people fight over at the end of the season. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Classic Cotton Tee

A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Canyon Day customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Canyon Day addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Canyon Day crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your canyon day crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
