From single pieces to full crew runs, Capulin gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Capulin

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Capulin, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

All 1.5 square miles of Capulin sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Folsom, NM (8 mi), Des Moines, NM (9 mi), Branson, CO (20 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Fort Carson sits about 152 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Capulin.

A typical week of embroidery orders from this corner of New Mexico mixes Capulin crews with neighbors like Folsom, 8 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Capulin gets embroidered

Polos and button-downs

Polos with stitched logos that survive years of office and field rotation. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Jackets and outerwear

Outerwear embroidery digitized per fabric, from chest marks to full backs. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

3D puff front hats

High-loft stitching on cap fronts for the bold, raised look everyone points at. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Capulin customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Capulin customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Classic Cotton Tee

Left chest embroidery on a heavy cotton tee reads uniform without feeling corporate. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

06 //

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Capulin customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

PiecesTotalEachShipBack print add
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Capulin addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Capulin crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Capulin crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
