Embroidery in Catoosa, OK.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Catoosa gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Catoosa

Catoosa crews order embroidered gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Catoosa address in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Catoosa at about 7,500 people on 11.9 square miles of Oklahoma, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Fair Oaks, OK (5 mi), Valley Park, OK (7 mi), Verdigris, OK (8 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Tinker Air Force Base, roughly 109 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Catoosa.

Because Fair Oaks sits only 5 miles from Catoosa, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Catoosa gets embroidered

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Jackets and outerwear

Backs, chests, and sleeves on heavier goods, digitized for the fabric so small text stays legible. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Patches and insignia work

Insignia and patch work handled with the trademark rules and the history both respected. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Bags and gear

Duffels, totes, and range bags with stitched identity that outlasts any print. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

3D puff front hats

The raised-foam look: 3D puff stitching on structured fronts. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Catoosa customers feel the difference on the first order.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Catoosa customers, these three earn their keep.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Staff uniforms default to the embroidered crew for one reason: it outlives everything else in the rotation. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Pullover Hoodie

Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Catoosa customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Catoosa addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Catoosa crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Catoosa crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
