Embroidery delivered to Catron

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Catron, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Catron is home to a community of 38 across 0.4 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: North Lilbourn, MO (5 mi), Lilbourn, MO (5 mi), Parma, MO (6 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, NSA Mid-South sits about 89 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Catron.

Because North Lilbourn sits only 5 miles from Catron, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Catron gets embroidered

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Patches and insignia work

Sewn or iron-on patches with correct insignia use, matched to the era when the design calls for it. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Bags and gear

Gear embroidery for duffels and totes, permanent in a way ink never is. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Caps and covers

Structured trucker and baseball caps with digitized front logos, stitched clean at any quantity. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Polos and button-downs

The left-chest stitch that turns five people into a company. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Catron customers feel the difference on the first order.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Catron customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

A stitched left chest on heavy cotton hits the uniform note without going corporate. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Pullover Hoodie

Stitch a chest mark on this 8.0oz hoodie and watch it become the most-kept item of the season. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

Embroidered crews outlast printed ones in daily wear, which is why staff uniforms usually go this route. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Catron addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Catron crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
