Embroidery in Cerulean, KY.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Cerulean gets embroidered gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Embroidery delivered to Cerulean

Digitized stitching for hats, polos, and jackets. A left-chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches and reads professional in any room. For Cerulean, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Cerulean covers 2.6 square miles of Kentucky, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Gracey, KY (6 mi), Cadiz, KY (8 mi), Princeton, KY (14 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Fort Knox, around 115 miles from Cerulean, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Cerulean.

Embroidery demand around Cerulean does not stop at the town line. Crews from Gracey (6 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Cerulean gets embroidered

Polos and button-downs

Left-chest logos that make a crew look like a company, on garments people keep wearing. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Jackets and outerwear

Heavier garments take bigger stitch counts, and the digitizing is tuned so lettering stays crisp. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Patches and insignia work

Patches done right: correct insignia rules, era-matched art, sewn or iron-on backing. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Bags and gear

Bags take stitching better than printing, and stitched gear keeps its identity for a decade. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

3D puff front hats

Puff embroidery lifts the logo off the cap front in high relief. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Caps and covers

Front-panel logos digitized in-house and stitched onto trucker and baseball styles. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Cerulean customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Cerulean customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

The season-end keeper: fleece hoodie, embroidered chest, permanent loyalty. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Crewneck Sweatshirt

For daily-wear staff gear, stitched crews beat printed ones on lifespan every time. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Classic Cotton Tee

The embroidered tee: understated, uniform-grade, and comfortable enough to actually wear. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Cerulean addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Cerulean crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.
